We had to stay here three months while our house was being worked on, Matthew was very helpful and always available to talk. The house was perfect, just as advertised and super clean. Anything we needed was available, and everything worked perfectly inside. The check in and out process was easy, and the location was quiet and close to many stores. It felt like home to us right away, I would definitely recommend this listing to anyone needing a place to stay short or long term.

Matthew is the best host, he genuinely cares and made sure we had everything we needed. This home is clean and spacious. I enjoyed the view of the garden from the master bedroom. Wifi is fast, good beds, home is close to shopping, restaurants and easy access to freeway.

We stayed at Matt’s place for about 5 months because of a flood in our home.
The place is great and has all the amenities you need. I can’t say enough about Matt. Whenever we needed something he took care of it. The few issues that we had Matt took care of them instantly.

Loved this neighborhood and the area! The house had plenty of room for my family of four for the duration of my 13 week travel contract in Ventura. Only about 20 mins to Ventura hospitals and lots to do in the area- super convenient location. Cute, quiet neighborhood. Very family-friendly. The house has a private fenced in backyard, which was amazing to have for my young kids. The beds were super comfy. Matthew is also incredibly responsive and quick to help if you need it. The house was well stocked with everything you could possibly need in case you forget something.
